Liability for content

As a service provider, we are responsible in accordance with § 7 para. 1 TMG (Telemedia Act) for our own content on these pages according to the general legislation. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG we are however not obliged as a service provider to monitor transferred or stored external information or to research circumstances that point to illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information according to the general legislation remain affected. Liability in this regard is however only possible from the point in time of knowledge of a specific legal infringement.
